Together Everyone Achieves More
“Alone we do nothing But together we
bring a strom”

Of course we are very happy if we have the dream
team. The team could help each other to reach the dream. It is a hope everyone
that has a team. So, how could the team work to reach it? There’re acronyms
which could be described and explained such as below:
T Together
You are known a broom stall, aren’t you? For
functional tool of a sweep, exactly it was done together. Maybe You have organization or institution of
job. Then, there’s a boss, manager, staff and support unit. Tasks and job could
not accomplished by self one, without helping anyone. I think something a heavy
work to fulfill on time. Sometime, someone has be able to work himself but not
more. You should remember and practice that Allah has said in qur’an below:
QS.5.2. “…And cooperate in
righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear
Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.”
(Dan
tolong-menolonglah kamu dalam (mengerjakan) kebajikan dan takwa, dan jangan tolong-menolong
dalam berbuat dosa dan pelanggaran. Dan bertakwalah kamu kepada Allah,
sesungguhnya Allah amat berat siksa-Nya.)
QS.37.25. [They will be asked], "What is [wrong] with
you? Why do you not help each other?" ("Kenapa kamu tidak tolong menolong
?")
QS.49.10. “The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear
Allah that you may receive mercy.”
( Orang-orang beriman
itu sesungguhnya bersaudara. Sebab itu damaikanlah (perbaikilah hubungan)
antara kedua saudaramu itu dan takutlah terhadap Allah, supaya kamu mendapat
rahmat.)
QS.3.103 “And
hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not
become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were
enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and
He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may
be guided.
E Everyone
In the
right organization has job description for each personnel. Each person’s job
has been responsible how to answer and how to show their result of job. Good or bad just result
to know as so far performance is yours. And then, it doesn’t mean that the
person work in the institution not just for himself, but for supporting each
others. Everyone is important units. Never
could not to be disappeared. Moreover he works but not function anymore! Allah
says:
You are a part of jama’ah
QS.61.4.” Indeed,
Allah loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though
they are a [single] structure joined firmly.”
(“Sesungguhnya Allah menyukai
orang yang berperang dijalan-Nya dalam barisan yang teratur seakan-akan mereka
seperti suatu bangunan yang tersusun kokoh.”)
But also …
QS.6. 164. Say,
"Is it other than Allah I should desire as a lord while He is the Lord of
all things? And every soul earns not [blame] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the
burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you
concerning that over which you used to differ."
(Katakanlah: "Apakah
aku akan mencari Tuhan selain Allah, padahal Dia adalah Tuhan bagi segala
sesuatu. Dan tidaklah seorang membuat dosa melainkan kemudharatannya kembali kepada dirinya sendiri; dan seorang yang
berdosa tidak akan memikul dosa orang lain[526]. Kemudian
kepada Tuhanmulah kamu kembali, dan akan diberitakan-Nya kepadamu apa yang kamu
perselisihkan.")
QS.39. 41. Indeed, We
sent down to you the Book for the people in truth. So whoever is guided - it is for [the benefit of] his soul;
and whoever goes astray only goes astray to its detriment. And you are not a
manager over them.
(“Sesungguhnya Kami
menurunkan kepadamu Al Kitab (Al Quran) untuk manusia dengan membawa kebenaran;
siapa yang mendapat petunjuk maka (petunjuk itu) untuk dirinya sendiri, dan siapa yang sesat maka sesungguhnya dia
semata-mata sesat buat (kerugian) dirinya sendiri, dan kamu sekali-kali
bukanlah orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap mereka.”)
A Achieves
Dream is not let running without a goal. All attempts and works replace
in the right way. Allah is only the goal that you should intend to. No fear and
no worry. To achieve dream of your organization or institution is as maximum as
you and others sacrifice. Anything could be useful to build a way of
organization’s dream such as motivation, help, cooperation, critics and
monition. Start by worked and worked like Mr. President’s motto. :-)
[That man can have nothing but what he strives for; That
(the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: Then will he be rewarded
with a reward complete.] (An-Najm 53:39-41)
39. dan bahwasanya seorang
manusia tiada memperoleh selain apa yang telah diusahakannya,
40. dan bahwasanya usaha itu
kelak akan diperlihat (kepadanya).
Al-Ghazali also mentions the Prophet’s Companion `Umar ibn
Al-Khattab, who used to stress this point further by telling people, “Never
should anyone of you think that du`aa’ (supplication) for sustenance without
work will avail him, for heaven never rains gold nor silver” (The Book of
Provision, Chapter 1).
M More
Giving much
is better than never. Allah likes to someone
who has principle of giving. Because of the giving means his live is right. And
someone who is named useful his life if he helps others. More and more. Why? If
just a little of help this is enough but not enough better for peoples. So, you
have to intend and work more as possible.
QS.2.148. For each [religious following] is a direction
toward which it faces. So race to [all that is] good.
Wherever you may be, Allah will bring you forth [for judgement] all together.
Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.
(Dan bagi tiap-tiap umat ada
kiblatnya (sendiri) yang ia menghadap kepadanya. Maka berlomba-lombalah
(dalam membuat) kebaikan.
Di mana saja kamu berada pasti Allah akan mengumpulkan kamu sekalian (pada hari
kiamat). Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.)
QS.23. 61. It is those who hasten to good deeds, and
they outstrip [others] therein.
(“mereka itu bersegera untuk mendapat kebaikan-kebaikan, dan
merekalah orang-orang yang segera memperolehnya.”)
